sarmad has done it again. he is such a player, i cant believe how guys do it and get away with it. but for the moment i'm playing along in this game. at the end of the day, i just feel sorry for sarmad and how he has gotten into this mess.

70 emails in one day and another 250 the second day. girls out there are so desperate but still no sign of the cornetto girl.

i could never have expected the amount of interest sarmad's advertising campaign is generating. but ofcourse sarmad always had it in him to make waves in whatever he does.

meanwhile jasim has gone out and made a parody of a hypothetical scenerio where sarmad doesnt find the girl that he is looking for. check it out below. it is totally hilarious. i'm sure it will help jasim score some points with the chicks.

why are we so weak??

I am sure everyone knows what MQM is all about ..and how low these people can fall..a friend of mine told me something which made me feel really bad..theres this girl..whos studdiing in IBA..and her naked videos are present in every cell...she is the most decent girl we knew...some MQM ministers son was after her for quite a while...as in he liked her and was hitting on her....she brushed him off..and insulted him...and as a result this guy kidnapped her and took her to the beach...made her have something and not only rapped her but actually he and his friends made her video..which is now every where....

today i went over to my khalas place.....the lunch she had prepared for us was yummy...my uncle got her a new diamond ring which is like amazing..i think that was the reason she kept this little get together...but forget that the important thing is that it was kind of shocking to see zain (my cousin) not wanting to drive...actually my khala asked him to drop us off .. ...you must be thinking what the ???...but this kid whoz like 18 now... driving was his passion .....he was just 17 when he started driving and wanted his own car...it took him like months to convince his parents into letting him drive...and now it has hardly been a year since he actually was allowed to touch the car and he doesnt wanna drive anymore ...hes sick of it....

i was going through yesterdays newspaper when i read this really funny article about what government has to offer poor pakistanis this ramzan...the government plans to use like about 1500 million as a subsidy...whereas when its divided with the number of people living in pakistan..and further more by the number of days ramadan consists of....it just comes to a few paisas per day, per head.....
such efforts would spoil pakistanis ..they wouldnt work now as the government is about to do much....such relief ....wow
what crap...rather then stabilizing the prices and everything ..and actually doing something for the benefit of poor people ...but the governmental bodies are busy strenghthing their own roots.

I got to talk to a friend of mine who was recently working at sheraton and soon would be leaving for switzerland...the discusion started off with "money" ....offcourse.... and then he told me about this guy who has been living in sheraton and has a whole floor to himself...his name is ASIF MAOJI....further more he told me that he is a member of some well- known family...and in 1988 he faced some kind of loss ,since then hes not doing any kind of work.......this guy goes to Thailand just to get his massage done...and his friends come to Pakistan just to play poker with him.......

last night it was my cousins valima ... it was held in lahore and due to my university and everything i coudnt make it to her wedding....i phoned her to ask how everything was coming along ......she sounded really low.....and this is what she told me...


few of her female friends who were there to attend her wedding from islamabad missed their flight..... becuase just to make it more exciting ... few of our male cousins made these girls have pans ........thats not it....these guys actually asked the pan wala to add extra extra GHutka ........and as a result these girls got sick and were hopitalised and due to which they missed their flight.... a bad end....i dont get it ...though it was just a prank but it did affect others......why dont people use their brains .....just for a laugh they did all this and now my poor cousin has to go through so much....

I didnt know that getting a draft made in pakistan is that difficult....offcourse i m not one of those big shots who have got foreign currency bank accounts...today my mommy asked me to get one made for a cousin whos here from faisalabad ,to do ACCA ...he has some financial problems ...... so my mommy decided to pay because today was the last date to submit the draft and the form ....n why would have i said no when she was handing over the money to me... and i was looking forward to save up some for myself..



I called up a friend and asked him to pick me up......we went to the nearst bank which was AL-HABIB BANK ...they told us that to do so i'll have to open up a foreing currency bank account and which would take a day or two..



Things didnt work out there so we went to HABIB METROPOLITON BANK....it was 12:05 and they told us that the facility is available only till 12:00....



Things didnt even work out there so we went looking for a money exchanger......and so found one......people working under KALIA AND KHANANI surely knew how to talk to customers.......atlast we landed up at a safe place.....place...place...place..place....

Thats what i thought but thats not how it was .....they made us sit there for a whole hour.......even after paying an extra rupee per pound and their fee which was 500...after which we were informed that the whole process is going to take a couple of hours and that we should come and collect it after seven o'clock......couldn't save up money for myself even after so much KOARI...and plus my cousins whole year is going to get waisted......and plus i coudn't even collect it later because of the bomb blast....

A few days back i was in the library going through some of my notes ,when my freind Sarmad came up to me along with his new girlfriend....and then he told her that he's dating me and that we are about to get married...reason for the whole drama was that ...the girl wanted some kind of commitment and what better way to get ride of her..... the poor girl started crying...i got realy pissed but hes my friend so couldnt do anything else....it wasn't the first time...and neither was she the first girl....we all know that men treat women like tissue papers....use one and switch on to another one......usually it's the girl who suffer's....and our society even plays an important role in increasing the pain....

why do men do this and women ,why do they let it happen??

He's done alot for our country...and what about his official trips.....just for the sake of his country ,he travels so much, to the extend that he never stays in pakistan for more then 60 days.....and so pays no tax...i m sure most of us dont know that we are required to pay tax on incomes and everything only if we stay in pakistan for more than 60 days...but shaukat aziz doest....hes done alot of other "GHAPLAS" too..no point in mentioning those ..... because we are good at discusing such issues but we dont actually do anything about them....the way i make plans to go to dubai with my frends but never end up making them happen.

The whole drama against terrorism started after 9/11.......first a dummi was created by bush....in order to invade other nations ... known as 'OSAMA BIN LADIN'...... then a whole country afganistan was destroyed in order to find the dummi terrorist... ...okayyyyy....they can invade ,destroy,and do everything but they were not able to find a single soul... weird.........then there were rumors that osama escaped to iraq......and that iraq ..itself is a threat to the outside world...as the cruel kings of todays world believed that the iraqi government posses great amount of weopons of mass destruction ..iraq was even destroyed...but nothing of that sort was found......the basic motive behind the whole drama was to capture and rule over the oil fields and minerals ... the treasures of those nations ...the funny part is that now they believe he is in pakistan..........

how beneficial would the development of gwadar prove for the locals....

Some argue that the development of gwadar would and is proving really beneficial for the locals...according to them these locals who were jobless would now be getting jobs....but what kind of jobs are you offering these people?...would it really effect their living standards?

I don't think so......how would you feel if i snatch away your land and make you work there as a third class laboror .....same is happening in balochistan....government argues that no land is being snatched away,according to them the locals are selling off their lands themselves...now thats a clever move............ according to the government these people were jobless....so how did they manage to by lands?.........actually some of the government bodies distributed lands to these people....y did they do that?...it was done because the government wasn't allowed to sell off the lands directly to outsiders....even then the government argues that nothing was done against their will...but what do you expect from these poor people who dont have enough to feed themselves ...now wont they sell off their lands,and that is when its of no use to them....offcourse they would....

government argues that atleast they are getting jobs..... so what if they are working like slaves on their own land.government argues that for other posts education is must...they are even right now people cant have a matrik pass as a head or c.e.o..but who should be blamed for the illetracy rate....these poor people ,when they cant afford to live,would they be able to afford educating their children....so it is the governments fault if they are not educated.....

this is not it....even the whole sui gas thing is not in favour of balochistan.....balochistan provides gase to most of the parts of pakistan and only 4% of balochistan has access to it...though the population of only karachi is more than balochistan....

so in other words there is alot discrmination happening against balochistan....and i know the balochis feel it..and i dont think they would stay calm for long......mushi is planing to build another port in balochistan....'somiani'........i dont think this would benefit any one except a few top investors....and the emplementation would have davestating results......

CULTURE

It is a way of life that is learned, shared ,transmitted from one generation to another....some believe that human behavior is learnt whereas animal behaviour is instinctive...this is true but not to that extend....coz if we notice...ants learn their way back home by going over tables ,etc...same is the case with most animals such as bees and birds...scientists wanted to determine if animals can learn behaviour..they threw potatoes in a jungle..where there were alot of monkeys...if animal behaviour was instinctive the monkeys wouldnt have eaten the potatoes..but they did...when a young couple had their first child...they brought home a baby monkey too .till the age of 2 both of them learnt at the same pace...but after which the learning capabilties of the monkey declined.....so it is not right when we say that animal behaviour is instinctive ...its just that the importance of learnt behaviour for humans is far more greater than animals....

So now the question is how is human behaviour learnd ...its is learnt through a process called socialization...delinquent behaviour occurs due to lack of socialization.....when a person is not socialized enough to understand the values and follow the norms of the society....and over-socialization can even occur ..if the person is unable to cope up with the overall demands of the society....

Culture even needs to be shared...according to a research..two people were left in a hall t converse ..one of them was from north America and the other one was from south america...they started their conversation from one end of the hall to another....it was because they were brought up differently ...the south american was trying to maintain some distance....and the north american's culture was all about touching...if culture is not shared conflicts mifght occur....

To satisfy the defination of culture provided above it even needs to be transmitted...now i m sure all of us know 'tarzan' ....some real life examples could be 'Anna and Assabella' and the 'wolf children'...these kids were found in jungle ,here they recieved no socialization ...due to which they dint know how to talk,walk or eat.so if a human is not socialized it may not behave the way humans do......

ALOT OF POOR PAKISTANIS THINK IT IS DONE THROUGH THE TAXS THEY PAY.LYK FOR BUYING A 32RS SOAP THEY PAY 7RS TAX...SO OFFCOURSE IT SHOULD BE MORE THEN ENOUGH.....BUT HELLOOOO.....ITS NOT....THEN THERE IS THE FINANCE GENERATED BY THE GOVERMENT SECTOR .........SO OFFCOURSE IT SHOULD BE ENOUGH.....BUT HELLOOOOO...ITS NOT.......SO NOW COMES IN THE GOVERNMENT...AND DOES WHAT ITS GOOOD AT.....AND THAT IS BEGGING....OH UM SORRY...BORROWING....BUT HELLOOOO THATS NOT EVEN ENOUGH....THE GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN DISTRIBUTES THE AIDS AMONGST THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT AND INDIRECTLY FOR US....THESE PEOPLE INCLUDE ARMY OFFICERS,MINISTERS..N ETC.......BUT THE ISSUE IS HOW TO PAY BACK....AND SO THE SOLUTION IS...BORROW MORE AND PAY THE EXISTING INSTALLEMENTS..AND THE REST IS SHARED AMONGST THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF PAKISTAN......AND SO THE POOR PUBLIC GOES THROUGH THE SUFFERING OF GIVING MORE N MORE SHARE OF THEIR INCOMES TO THE GOVERNMENT....BUT HELLOOOOO...DAT IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH......AND SO THIS CYCLE WUDNT COME TO AN END UNTILL THE PUBLIC DOES SUMTHIN...AND DAT SUMTHING CAN BE DONE FIRSTLY BY CORRECTING THEMSELVZ AND THEN THEIR SURROUNDING....

i jus recieved a msg tday on my celll,,,YELLOW PRESENTS "GOOD BYE SUMMER" IN ASSOCIATION WID FASHION HOUSE,PARTY CLUB MUSIK AT EDGE(CLIFTON GRILL BASEMENT ON 21st OF JULY 2007)....everything else including their food din work out so now they r offering their empty retaurant for other stuff...i rememba going there once.....n the whole experience was so pathetic....awl my friendz including me had to suffer thru food poison......i love dinin out wid my friendzz....bu in karachi ....there r not many good retaurants.....which means ppl owning n wrking in such retaurants need to work realy hard to achieve that standard..........

when i take sarmadz name it certainly haz t do sumthing wid flirting.....so ya i just hapen t bump into a guy lyk him.today....this horible incednt hapend when i was completing my assignment in the library...n dis ugly wannabe entrd into the library and grabd the chair next to me....and then startd tellin me about hz successful business and blah blah.....but ya i have to thank sarmad for helping me get out of his grip...am i the only one who hate such guys or is it the same wid every oda grl...

... and the wisdom to know the difference

I often feel whether it is possible for one person to have enough passion in their stride to change the world? To inspire people to think differently, to think about the world and not just about themselves. I think deep down, this was the very reason I decided to study psychology. Back then it felt like a random decision, but now it feels like divine intervention.

Riding back from a meeting that I had with a few friends to do something about the rain effected areas in balochistan i met with this scene entering sh faisal just a few moments after the rain ended. I wonder whether this has anything to do with being educated or not. I got home 30 minutes later but i'm sure a good percentage of people on the other side of the road would have taken at least another couple of hours to get home.

A suggestion

George Bush has started an ill-timed and disastrous war under false pretenses by lying to the American people and to the Congress; he has run a budget surplus into a severe deficit; he has consistently and unconscionably favored the wealthy and corporations over the rights and needs of the population; he has destroyed trust and confidence in, and good will toward, the United States around the globe; he has ignored global warming, to the world's detriment; he has wantonly broken our treaty obligations; he has condoned torture of prisoners; he has attempted to create a theocracy in the United States; he has appointed incompetent cronies to positions of vital national importance.

Now, would someone please have an affair with him in the white house so we can impeach him?
